Return Eligibility

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

• The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Customized OEM & Private Label products, including custom logos, colors, packaging, and branding, are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or contain manufacturing defects.
• Returns for standard products are subject to approval after inspection.

Return Process

1. Contact Our Team

Email our support team with your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions and shipping details if the return is approved.

3. Return Shipment

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Chenson Sports.

Refunds & Replacements

• Returned products are inspected upon arrival.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
• Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
• Approved replacement products will be manufactured or dispatched as quickly as possible.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Chenson Sports.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started.
• Once production begins, especially for OEM or custom-manufactured products, cancellations are no longer possible.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Resolution Process

1. Contact our team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
2. Our quality assurance team will review the claim.
3. If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

OEM & Private Label Orders

Because OEM and Private Label products are manufactured according to customer specifications:

• Custom logo products cannot be returned due to changes in preference.
• Color variations within manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects.
• Customers are encouraged to approve all artwork, specifications, and samples before production begins.
